Tap Start Break Now when you want an immediate pause
Open Statistics to review lightweight stats

Troubleshooting

No reminders: confirm reminders are enabled in the app and notifications are allowed in iOS Settings.
Empty stats: statistics appear after completed breaks are recorded.
Premium missing: restore purchases after confirming the App Store account used for purchase.
