EyeRest Privacy Policy

EyeRest is an eye-break reminder app. The app does not require an account. Based on the current build, settings and statistics are stored locally on your device.

1. We Do Not Collect Personal Data

EyeRest does not require sign-in and does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, contacts, location, or photos.

2. Local Data Only

Your reminder settings and usage statistics are stored locally on your device and are used only to operate the app experience.

3. Notifications

EyeRest does not request notification permission and does not send local or remote notifications in the current App Store version.

4. Internet, StoreKit, and Third-Party Services

Based on the current version, EyeRest does not rely on third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or cloud accounts to provide its core functionality.

EyeRest uses Apple StoreKit for the optional one-time premium unlock and restore-purchase flow. Apple may process payment and transaction records under Apple's own policies, and EyeRest does not receive payment card details.

5. In-App Purchases

EyeRest offers a non-consumable one-time premium unlock (`com.eyesom.eyerest.premium`). This purchase unlocks premium themes and the full background sound library. The app stores only the entitlement state needed to restore access for the same Apple ID.

6. Children

EyeRest is designed as a general wellness and productivity tool and is not intended to collect personal data from children.

7. Your Choices

• Adjust break interval, break duration, and daily goal in Settings
• Delete the app to remove local data on device

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
