EyeRest helps you follow the 20-20-20 rule with a countdown, guided break screen, and simple weekly stats.

Open EyeRest.
Check the next break countdown.
Tap "Take a Break Now" to start a guided break.
Adjust interval, duration, and daily goal in "Settings".
Open "Settings" -> "Premium 1.2" if you want premium themes, extra sounds, or need to restore a purchase.

EyeRest helps you take regular eye breaks during long screen sessions.

No. EyeRest does not require sign-in.

The core countdown and stats work offline. Internet is only needed for App Store purchase and restore flows.

Yes. The current settings page supports interval, duration, and daily goal adjustments.

No. The current App Store version does not request notification permission.

Open Settings, scroll to "Premium 1.2", and tap "Restore Purchases" with the original Apple ID.

If the countdown does not move, reopen the app and confirm the Home tab is active.
If break timing feels off, review the interval and duration values in Settings.
If stats are empty, local data may have been reset after reinstall or cleanup.
If Premium does not unlock right away, use "Restore Purchases", then reopen the app once.
If UI differs from screenshots, confirm you are on the latest release build.
